Do you really need a complete roof replacement? It is an important question to ask yourself. There are many signs that indicate you do. Here is a list of a few:

Roof Repair

Sometimes a repair is all you need. It gives your roof an extended life as well as saves you money. We offer two different types of repairs depending on your roofs needs:

Complete Roof Side Repair
Suppose most, or all damage is on one face of your roof. We offer a complete roof-side repair. It's a total tear-off and new installation on that area of the roof. This kind of repair is warranted.

Emergency Repair
If you have minor damage to your roof but it requires immediate attention we offer an emergency repair to stop the leaking. It can get you through the rainy season and give you time to plan for a new roof. Unfortunately, this service is not warranted since it's a minor repair, and the rest of the existing roof system could potentially have problems.

Roof Maintenance

We offer a roof maintenance service to prevent a leak from ever happening and to ensure a lasting roof system. We will inspect the roof for damages and fix them before they become a problem. We also include other small services like gutter cleaning, re-caulking, and blowing away debris so you may get the most out of your current roof.
