Roof Repair

Be Free of Roof Leaks

Get your roof repaired before it leaks, or if you already have a leak, call us to prevent further damage.

How Urgent is the Repair?

Your roof's condition and weather will dictate the type of service required. If you have an active leak, immediate action is needed to prevent further damage, such as patching or temporarily covering the area with a tarp until a repair is possible. On the other hand, if you detect damage early through inspection, maintenance, or personal observation, scheduling a repair is easier and more affordable. Roof inspections are a great way to stay proactive in maintaining your roof's integrity.

The Most Common Roof Leaks

Roof Flashing

Flashing is installed around roof penetrations such as chimneys, skylights, pipes, vents, and dormers. Leaks can develop if the flashing becomes damaged, corroded, or improperly installed.

Shingles

Damaged, missing or incorrectly installed shingles can allow water to penetrate the roof substrate through exposed nails, leading to leaks.

Roof Ventilation Systems

Leaks may develop near vents and exhaust pipes if the flashing is damaged or inadequately sealed. To address this issue, we often add a waterproof membrane to seal roof protrusions effectively.

Gutters and Downspouts

Clogged or damaged gutters and downspouts can cause water to overflow and seep under roofing materials, leading to leaks.

Regular inspection and maintenance of these areas can help identify and address potential leaks before they cause significant damage to the roof and interior of your home.
