Roof Deck & Shingle Repair

Damaged roofing was removed to expose the roof deck. Compromised decking was replaced, the area was properly prepared, and new shingles were installed to restore a clean, watertight roofing system.

Chimney Flashing Rebuild

Rotted decking and failed chimney flashing were removed, the sheathing was replaced, and new step and counter flashing was installed before the shingles were woven back into the surrounding field.

Shingle Repair at an Old Satellite Mount

Damaged and lifted shingles around an abandoned satellite mount were replaced, the underlayment was repaired, and the field was blended back into the surrounding roof.

Ridge & Valley Shingle Repair

Missing and torn shingles at a ridge and valley were replaced, exposed underlayment was covered, and debris was cleared out of the valley so water can drain the way it should.

Roof Vent Replacement & Flashing

The old vent was removed, the opening cut clean and the duct reconnected, then a new galvanized vent was flashed and fastened into the shingle field.

Full tear-off and new architectural shingle system with flashing, gutters, and jobsite cleanup finished the same visit.
