  • Valleys, pipes, vents, hip, ridge, walls

Flintlastic is CertaianTeed's sefl-adhering modified bitumen roof system. It's a asphaltic membrane system that altough not as strong as TPO it's much more affordable and works great on homes.

Our roofing maintenance service is a preventive measure meant to address any issues with your roof that could become worst over time. This could include re-caulking, re-nailing, inspection for damages, and more depending on what your roof needs. We also include a roof and gutter cleaning to help your roof look and work better. This service is one of our most affordable starting at $299. However, if your roof requires lots of time and work it could end up costing more.
